AWANA Games

This past weekend was the AWANA games. Sarah, Ethan, Abby and Molly all competed in multiple events.

 Then it was time for T&T games.

The mini-Macks all did awesome! Such a fun day!!

A Bittersweet Ending

Being a Senior, this was Megan's last year to play high school basketball.

I can't believe I've been watching her play since she was in the seventh grade.

 That's my girl!

So when her team made it to the state play-offs this year, Scott and I packed up and traveled across the state to cheer her and her teammates on.

 After an exciting first game win, the girls faced a very difficult game the next day.

 Unfortunately, the girls were defeated in their next game which moved them to the 3rd/5th place game.

Megan's team got the win! 3rd place in the state!

The Seniors came forward to accept their team's trophy. What an emotional time! The girls had a great season and I'm so proud of my Meg. I'm so thankful that her ending year was a winning one, but I'm going to miss watching her play!
